What qualifications do I need to teach at Spring Citadel?
We look for a degree, an NCE or a teaching qualification in your subject or in education. Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is a strong plus. Passion for children and good classroom skills matter just as much.
Do you hire fresh graduates?
Yes, when a place is open. Tell us about your teaching practice, volunteering or tutoring, and show us how you connect with children.
Are the roles full time or part time?
Both. Some roles are full time and some are part time, for example a single subject or a few classes. Each role says which it is.
How do I apply?
Email your CV to springcitadelintschool@gmail.com. Write the level and subject you teach, and whether you want full time or part time, in the subject line or first lines.
How long does hiring take?
It depends on the role and how many applications we receive. We reply to people who fit, and we will tell you if a place is not open right now.
What if there is no opening for my subject?
Send your CV anyway. We keep it in mind and contact you when a place opens at the level you teach.
